5. Payment Terms

All fees will be agreed upon in writing prior to the start of any service.

  • Payments are due upon invoice receipt unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest.

  • Setup fees and subscription costs are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.


6. Confidentiality

Evolve AI will treat all client data, business information, and materials shared with us as confidential. We will not disclose this information to any third party without your written consent unless required by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice.

  • If terminated early by the client, all work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced.

  • Evolve AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if there is a breach of these Terms or non-payment.


8. Limitation of Liability

Evolve AI will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.


10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
